Generalteaching terms and Conditions (GTC)


1. General rules
Dance and body works (also "the docent" or "teacher") teaches solely according to the following conditions: The / student(s)  declare(s) that he / she / they has / have been advised of and fully agree(s) to the terms and conditions, the exploitations rights conditions and the contract conditions for special services. Verbal supplements to an agreement, amendments and supplements to this agreement must be in writing. This written form can also be amended or repealed only by letter, legal invalidity of individual parts of the contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the contract. Risk and liability for any damages as well objective as bodily are solely on the responsibility of in section 5 named authority or authority according to special services
.


2. Holiday
On public holidays and vacations the following rules apply:
 a) Lessons take place after consultation
 b) No lessons will be held


3. Cancellation of classes due to disease
Participate(s) the / student(s) or the group for reasons that are not to responsibility of the docent, the teacher may nevertheless demand an appropriate remuneration for the omitted lessons, without being obliged to subsequent performance. This is especially true for the miss of punctual personal cancellation from lessons or situationally induced rejection at the time of the current lesson.


4. Trial lesson
Teacher and student / client have a right of termination within a one week period from the last trial session during the trial period.


5. Fee increase
An increase in the tuition fee by the teacher is permitted; but they must be made in according to best discretion and must be announced in writing at least 4 weeks in advance.


6. Termination
The termination is permitted with a period of 3 months after the first semester (6 months)To be effective, the written form is required. Payment has to be fulfilled until the following month after this 3 months termination period.


7. Special arrangements and supplements to the contract must be in writing.


8. Copy right
For choreographies, teaching concepts and all kinds of performances and publishing section "exploitation rights conditions" is valid and will be discussed with the client individually, if necessary. To be effective, the written form is required. Nevertheless, all oral agreements in advance stay to the intellectual property of the docent.
